Booze and Culture is an anthropological endeavor that:

1) collects and analyzes both ethnographic and archaeological data;

2) educates students in and out of the classroom; and

3) engages the public through outreach and entertainment.

The overarching goal is to boil us all down to a common element – a distillation of humanity.
